The fire burning within my eyes, Installation, ESACM, Clermont-Ferrand, FR 2025

As part of the research group La Fabrique Bleue at ESACM Clermont, centered around Maggie Nelson’s book Bluets. The project began with a collection of found images of accidental altars, created when candles are used to replace the Wii sensor bar. It unfolds across three formats: a printed image edition, screen-printed devotional candles, and a looping video displayed on a CRT television.

I invite you to my end
2024

A fragile neighborhood constituted of birthday candle houses, intertwined personnal history and childhood tales. Celebration has a different taste in the middle-class surburb.

Untitled broadcast
Co-created with Cédric Jameux
2023

On Twitch, streamers sometimes leave their seats mid-stream to take a break.
After several hours of their time together, we are left alone facing an empty room, disturbed only by the echoes of the game still running. Gleaned from live streams without video—often labeled "untitled broadcast" by default, these suspended visions are recomposed here into a floating narrative. The editing borrows from the conventions of epic and adventure stories, guided by the music and sound effects of abandoned video game worlds.

Feux oculaires
2024

Photographs of Californian wildfires, didn't load properly on my phone and appeared blurry. Reproduced later on felt, these distorted images evoke less the events themselves than the state of emotional overload and dissociation caused by the overabundance of images of the ongoing ecological disaster.

Fog, dry eyes and tempered glass, Fine Art thesis book, Clermont-Ferrand, FR, 2025

Fog, Dry Eyes, and Tempered Glass is a creative thesis exploring the theme of growing up with the Internet in the early 21st century. Combining editorial design, illustration, and creative writing, the work reflects on digital imagery and spaces as formative elements of identity and emotion, beyond a real/virtual divide.

How to cry - a ritual of lacrymancia + printed hand-out, Clermont-Ferrand, FR, 2025

Based on a rewrite of the "15+ Tips to Cry" tutorial from WikiHow, a character delivers 15 tips meant to induce tears, one by one, and illustrates with personal anecdotes. Through various registers of voice, discourse, and scale, ranging from mainstream advices to intimate memories, the performance explores the unsettling sensation of emotional dissociation in the digital age.

Writing and design of a public handout containing the script of the performance How to Cry – A Ritual of Lacrymancia.

2024

Elements from the childhood home, suggestive symbols of domestic tales, are arranged in space like item cards. Dandelions and salt paths emerge from the everyday suburban life, amidst road salting, domestic gardens, and settings reminiscent of Skyrim-style RPGs.

Derealization
2022

Derealization explores the boundary between reality and fiction. It begins with the sensation of being a video game character in the forest. This impression resonates with lived experiences of derealization, where the environment is perceived as distant, sometimes from a third-person perspective, as if observing one's own life from the outside. The video is projected at 1:1 scale onto a translucent wax screen, and passes right through it.

Untitled
2026

- Work in progress -

An on-going collection and assemblage of hand close-ups found in science-fiction movies from the 2000's. I am interested in their potentiatlities as agents and expressive affective carriers, and interfaces between the human body and post-human worlds. Alongside the making of this video, I wrote an research paper exploring how hands in early 21st-century SF movies can reveal post-humanist concerns.

Moths
2024

A serie of painted landscapes picked from IRL (in real life) and RPGs (role-play games) explored natural sites. The moths become sensible portals to long summer nights spent playing immersed in similar looking landscape than the ones just outside.
